Athena Enterprises offers certified training professionals with over 20 years of training experience.   Our Trainers have an aptitude for gaining proficiency on software applications.   They are typically certified in multiple product lines.   Our Trainers excel as classroom instructors and in training program development.   We have a broad background in customizing training applications for customers in various industries.

Athena Trainers have lead custom training programs for numerous Kronos customers.  These custom education projects range from leading the initial discovery visit to developing custom training curriculum and delivering end-user training and Train-the-Trainer Certification.  We can also deliver your own in-house training programs in a variety of venues - instructor led classes, web based training, e-learning, instructor guides, job aides, training manual, Quick Reference guides, tutorials, exams and practice material as well as multi-media training deliverables such as training videos.  We have developed a competent methodology for assessing customer training needs and expectations and modifying training material.

Our approach to training is role based.  Athena's philosophy is that the trainee is learning not only a new system but also new skills, policies and processes required for their job including change management.   This holistic approach to training the user by focusing on processes enables the trainee to apply the classroom skills and understand their relevance to related systems and tasks.  Upon completion of the training course trainees have a higher degree of competency on the system and business owners are more assured the application will be used appropriately and consistently.  As professional trainers we are adept at handling all types of adult learners with varying computer skill levels.
